Bangsar was great. Mont Kiara is not the same at all.

Customers don't complain. They follow their stylist out the door.

Your salon quiet, with empty chairs; the salon next door busy, every chair taken.

Highground reads it all. You get three things to fix.

Each salon compared with the salons around it.

Reviews and posts from Google, Instagram, TikTok, X and Threads flow into a phone showing three things: Mont Kiara needs a look for surprise charges, a rival salon rates 4.8, head spa is rising.

What it catches

  • A salon slipping

Needs a look: Mont Kiara rates 4.1, 0.6 below nearby salons, its line falling.

  • A post 16,000 people saw

A TikTok post, "Asked for a trim. Lost 20cm.", 16.8k views. Highground: about you, seen 16,800 times.

  • A rival winning

Dalbit Hair is praised more for clear prices: them 39%, you 15%.

  • A trend you're missing

Rising fast: head spa, 2× more mentions than last year.

  • A better street for your next salon

A map with site A and site B. Site B looks better: 740 vs 310 reviews a month nearby.
